Bark Bowl
32cm Diameter
This piece has been constructed from multiple layers of tubes. I wanted the eye to be drawn to the simple line of texture curving through the centre of the bowl, like a remaining patch of bark on an old, parched tree trunk.
This bowl is made in a white earthenware clay and fired to 1120 degrees Celsius.
