Seedpods were the inspiration for these pieces. Sage and lavender leaves have been rolled onto the surface of the clay leaving behind a skeletal imprint, almost like the fossilized wing of a dragonfly.
The pods are constructed from white, red and black earthenware clay and fired to 1120 degrees Celcius.
