Seedpods were the inspiration for this piece. Sage and lavender leaves have been rolled onto the surface of the clay leaving behind a skeletal imprint, almost like the fossilized wing of a dragonfly. A single leaf has been hand-guided with 24ct gold leaf.
The pod is approximately 15cm in length and 11cm at widest point and is made from a beautiful dark clay.
NB. All my pieces are handmade and totally unique. The piece you will receive may not be the exact one shown in the image. However, it will be just as beautiful with only subtle differences.
