These ceramic bowls have been inspired by microscopic plant structures. Each circle has been individually made by hand and has a bark like texture.The circles have then been joined to create these striking vessels.
To finish the piece I hand gilded the centre of each circle with 24ct gold leaf. This creates the most beautiful luminosity and luxury.
They are stunning centrepieces and casts subtle or striking shadows depending upon the light.
